1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ahmed Turk ("Dolapy", "we", "us") governing your use of the Dolapy mobile app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who can use Dolapy

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. What Dolapy does

Dolapy lets you create a personal try-on "twin" from a photo, virtually try on garments, plan outfits, and receive AI-assisted fit and styling suggestions. Some items in the App link to third-party retailers; purchases of physical garments happen on those retailers' own sites and are governed by their terms, not ours.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your photos and content only to provide the App's features to you — for example, generating your twin and try-on images and your styling suggestions (see the Privacy Policy for how this works).
• You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you provide, and that they do not contain images of other people without their permission, or anything unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts other people without their consent;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• use the App to build a competing dataset or service, or to scrape content; or
• misuse the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated results

Try-on images, fit recommendations, and stylist suggestions are generated by automated systems and are provided for guidance only. They are approximations — actual fit, color, and appearance of real garments may differ. Use your own judgment before purchasing.

7. Subscriptions and payments

The App may offer optional paid features or a subscription ("Dolapy+"). If and when offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown in the App before you purchase, and payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider under their terms. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable; you can manage or cancel a subscription through your app-store account.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchasing decisions you make based on AI-generated guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
